Application
Automated storage for clean E2 boxes acts as a buffer from which the boxes are taken in the following cases:
- during the morning start-up of the plant and when there is a deficiency of boxes from the washer;
- during the break of the employee responsible for the washing machine - the line is refilled at that time;
- during washing machine malfunction;
- at times of increased demand for production;
- when the boxes are returned to sub-suppliers - clean boxes are always ready to be taken.
The transport system with automated storage is therefore more flexible and resistant to 'disruptions' in the form of failures and downtimes. Automated storage for clean E2 boxes used by us have been designed in two variants in terms of functionality, room structure and storage direction.
