The line has been designed as a dual-track device for packing marinated meat into plastic trays. It consists of two tray dispensers, two product application stations with masking devices, conveyor belts leading trays to the packing/closing machine, and a tray separator. The use of the tray separator allows loading the packing machine independently from one or both conveyor tracks. In manual application mode, a packing efficiency of 1000 kilograms of cutlets per hour has been achieved.
The machine has the capability to work with various assortments (mainly raw meat and offal) and communicate with a multi-head scale for further process automation and increased packing efficiency.
